Description
The City seeks one or more qualified firms to provide on-call residential survey plot plans and related surveying services supporting demolition permits. Plot plans must be prepared, signed, and sealed by a North Carolina-licensed surveyor and meet the City’s residential demolition permitting requirements. Plans must show property boundaries, structures and features, demolition and disturbance limits, trees and critical root zones, and other specified site data. A plot plan is expected within four weeks after a service request.
