Description
Wake County is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide phased planning support for Wake County Public Health. The work includes reviewing, revising, enhancing, and validating multiple preparedness plans and supporting documents, incorporating lessons learned from COVID-19 and other emergencies, and aligning plans with current federal, state, and local guidance and best practices. The scope includes updates to the Continuity of Operations Plan, Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Response Plan, RDU Communicable Disease Response Plan, Medical Countermeasures Plan and related receiving-site and points-of-dispensing annexes, Mass Care Standard Operating Procedure, and Responder Health and Safety Plan. Services include plan reviews, gap analysis, stakeholder engagement, development of draft and final plans, implementation recommendations, and support for training and exercise activities. The proposal must address the firm's approach, team and experience, similar client references, and costs.
