Description
Santa Barbara County is requesting proposals for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT), and Intensive Case Management (ICM) services. The opportunity was released on September 14, 2026, and proposals must be submitted through the Responsive platform; the PDF RFP packet is provided for viewing only and may not be used for submission. A bidders' conference is scheduled for September 22, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Pacific Time via Microsoft Teams. The proposal deadline is October 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. The attached notice concerning HART Peer Support Services is unrelated to this solicitation and has not been used to characterize the opportunity.
