Description
The County of Ventura is soliciting construction services to convert an existing two-story concrete-framed building into a secure 38-bed Mental Health Rehabilitation Center. The project includes an enclosed sally port, elevator tower, service area, additional rooms, offices, clinical spaces, bedrooms, ADA restrooms and showers, a kitchen remodel, secure recreational yard, parking, lighting, and accessibility improvements. The scope also includes demolition and abatement, tree removal, earthwork, reinforced concrete and masonry, paving, walkways, landscaping and irrigation, interior and exterior framing, MEP and HVAC systems, fire protection, roofing, flooring, painting, casework, a generator, water and utility improvements, stormwater infrastructure, and new road infrastructure. Required submission items include a Non-Collusion Declaration, Subcontractor Listing, Signature Sheet, online Schedule of Work and Prices, and acknowledgment that original hard copies of the Bid Guarantee must be submitted before bid closure.
