Description
The United States Probation Office for the District of New Mexico is issuing two Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for short-term residential treatment services to federal defendants and persons under supervision in the Southern New Mexico area. Vendors must have experience in evaluation and treatment in these specific areas, hold all proper licenses required by the State of New Mexico, and provide services to all individuals referred by the Probation Office. The BPAs will commence no earlier than October 1, 2026.
