The Bureau of Reclamation seeks a sole-source contractor to completely remove a failed HVAC system and install one 12.5-ton HVAC unit or a comparable commercial-grade system. The replacement unit will be installed inside the building's HVAC room and will serve approximately 2,700 square feet of office space occupied by up to 13 employees. The requirement is justified as urgent because the existing system has failed, creating unsafe indoor temperatures and affecting facility operations and employee safety.
