Description
Wake Technical Community College is soliciting a vendor to provide preventive maintenance, cleaning, sanitization, inspection, filter replacement, and minor repair services for approximately 39 ice machines located across multiple campuses and facilities in Wake County. Services are to be performed twice annually, in April and October, in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and applicable laws and industry standards. The vendor must provide labor, filters, tools, equipment, supplies, cleanup, detailed service records, and recommendations for corrective repairs. Repairs outside routine preventive maintenance require prior authorization, and emergency service requests must be addressed within three days. The initial contract term is one year, with up to two additional one-year renewal terms. The response must include pricing, a work management plan with an organizational chart, a cover letter, title page, executed RFQ pages, applicable addenda receipts, vendor response, references, and the specified certifications and pricing/reference forms. Quotes must be submitted through the Ariba Sourcing Tool by the stated deadline.
