Description
The County of Dutchess, New York, through its Department of Mental Health, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Mental Health Outpatient Treatment and Rehabilitative Services (MHOTRS). The contractor will deliver outpatient behavioral health services to adults and children at five locations in the county. Services include individual, family, and group therapy; psychiatric evaluation; symptom and medication management; crisis intervention; and referrals to community providers. Services must be trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and capable of addressing co-occurring conditions. The contractor must be licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health and have at least three years of experience operating MHOTRS services in the Hudson Valley region. The initial contract term is January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with up to five additional one-year extensions. The latest addendum extends the proposal deadline to September 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM EDT. Proposals must be submitted electronically, and the solicitation requires the listed proposal documents and forms.
