Description
The Connecticut State Department of Education is seeking grant proposals from local or regional boards of education, for-profit organizations, nonprofit organizations, and nonsectarian organizations to support academic and social success for students in the Open Choice Program. Eligible wrap-around services may include tutoring, counseling, family engagement, and other student supports. The total funding available is $2,000,000 for the 2026–27 grant year, and multiple awards may be made. Applicants must download the full RFP and application guidelines and submit a completed application by September 25, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
