Description
The Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services is soliciting qualified entities to implement the Safe and Successful Youth Initiative Human Trafficking Intervention Program. The program will serve children, youth, and young adults up to age 30 who are victims, survivors, or at risk of human trafficking. Required services include individual and community services, with core services consisting of survivor mentoring and case management, as well as systems coordination and collaboration. Respondents may also propose statewide training and technical assistance. Grantees are expected to employ or support staff with lived experience of human trafficking and provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive, participant-centered services. Approximately three to five grant agreements are anticipated.
