Description
The City of Waterbury is soliciting proposals for construction of a parapet wall with simulated stone masonry at the back of the sidewalk on Congress Avenue to help prevent vehicles from entering lower Washington Avenue and to protect pedestrians. The work also includes installing black metal handrails, replacing three sets of granite steps with concrete steps, replacing the concrete ramp, widening the concrete sidewalk, and performing miscellaneous roadway reconstruction.
