Description
The Capitol Region Purchasing Council, on behalf of certain participating members, is soliciting bids for hot-pour asphalt pavement crack sealing from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Contractors must provide the required materials, equipment, labor, and related work in accordance with the specifications, generally including ASTM D6690. Projects meeting Connecticut prevailing-wage thresholds are excluded. Vendors may submit an optional alternate bid for cold-applied mulch sealing, including documentation for the organic cover material, mulch seal liquid material, and equipment. Each participating member agency will issue its own written orders, make its own awards, and pay for the work. The submission requires a completed bid table, company questionnaire, insurance documentation, and scope-of-services information, along with required certifications concerning the administrative fee, bid award, taxes, non-collusion, and receipt of documentation. The optional alternate bid and additional information may also be submitted.
