The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is soliciting proposals for the labor, equipment, and materials required to procure and install remote terminal units (RTUs) as part of a system-wide power SCADA system upgrade. The solicitation includes system upgrade plans, minimum insurance requirements, prevailing-wage requirements, a nondisclosure agreement, and bidder and subcontractor information requirements.
