Description
The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority is soliciting proposals for all labor, equipment, and materials required to modernize 17 existing power SCADA remote terminal units, including processing modules, power supplies, input/output panels, connector cables, enclosures, configuration, startup, field testing, and communications integration. The contractor must also furnish and install a new RTU and supervisory terminal block at the Dewey Traction Power Substation, including associated wiring, cable tray, conduit, staging, and relocation work. The response must include the bidder cover letter, authorized signatory form, pre-award bidder evaluation form, pricing form, Build America, Buy America certification, lobbying certification, signed MBTA standard terms and conditions, bonding documentation, and proof of insurance. Prevailing wage requirements apply, and award will be made to the lowest-priced responsive and eligible bidder.
