Description
The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, through the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, is seeking multiple contractors to provide comprehensive Brain Injury Support Services to eligible consumers with significant brain injuries. The outcome-based service model includes assessment and reporting; cognitive rehabilitation and career exploration; therapy, counseling, and case management; employment placement and independence; successful 90-day placement; and extended follow-along support. Contractors must demonstrate at least three years of comparable experience, maintain or obtain qualifying accreditation, and provide appropriately credentialed staff, including master's-level staff and Certified Brain Injury Specialist-qualified personnel for cognitive rehabilitation. Services may be delivered remotely or off-site only with prior Division approval. Proposals must address the technical approach, organizational structure, experience, service-area counties, pricing, and required certifications and forms. The solicitation anticipates multiple awards and includes an initial term with two optional one-year renewals.
