The Santee-Lynches Regional Council of Governments/Area Agency on Aging is soliciting proposals for group dining and transportation services for eligible older adults in Clarendon County under Title III of the Older Americans Act and South Carolina state-funded programs. Group dining services must provide compliant meals, nutrition education, social and wellness activities, participant data collection, meal and attendance documentation, and appropriate site operations. Transportation services may include fixed-route, demand-response, passenger assistance, door-to-door, curb-to-curb, door-through-door, and assisted transportation. Offerors may propose one or both services. The contract base period runs from contract award through June 30, 2027, with up to four additional one-year extensions subject to funding and performance. Proposals must address the requested service plans, organizational and financial capacity, staffing, experience, quality management, budgets, and applicable certifications and forms. One original and three copies are required, and proposals must be submitted in person, by U.S. Mail, or by private courier; email submissions are not accepted.
