Description
Snohomish County Human Services Department, Long-Term Care & Aging, is soliciting proposals from organizations to provide Family Caregiver Support Program services to unpaid family caregivers residing throughout Snohomish County. The County expects to award at least two contracts to qualified service providers capable of delivering high-quality, person-centered supportive services. The initial contract period is July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with the ability to extend or negotiate a new contract annually for up to four additional years, through June 30, 2031, subject to need, performance, funding availability, and appropriation. Up to $664,655 is available across all awarded contracts, although funding is not guaranteed. A mandatory Letter of Intent must be submitted by email before an organization may apply.
