Description
The Wayne County Board of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a Home Personal Care provider for a 63-year-old woman living in Orrville. The provider must make three to five visits per week, with each visit lasting approximately two hours. Services include checking the individual's safety and well-being, providing companionship and socialization, and determining whether she needs assistance with daily activities or other supports. Because she attends a day program Monday through Thursday, afternoon visits are available on those days. Preferred activities include crafts, walks, and word searches.
