Description
The Johnson County Area Agency on Aging, within the Johnson County Aging & Human Services Department, is soliciting qualified and licensed providers to deliver in-home services that help older adults maintain independence and dignity in their homes. Services include urban and non-urban homemaker assistance, chore programs, attendant care, self-directed homemaker/attendant care, companion care, respite care, and medication management. The solicitation establishes fixed, non-negotiable reimbursement rates ranging from $35 to $75 per hour, plus a holiday upcharge of 1.5 times the applicable standard rate. Providers may bid on one or more services and must submit either pricing at the stated rates or a “No Bid” designation for each line item. The County may renew the resulting contract for four additional 12-month periods.
