Description
The City seeks a qualified development partner to deliver permanently affordable housing through its Community Land Trust program. The scope includes property evaluation and predevelopment, design coordination, new construction or rehabilitation, construction management, financing and subsidy coordination, and completion and transfer of homes to income-qualified households. The partner may perform multiple roles, including developer, general contractor, affordable housing provider, mortgage provider or financing partner, and homebuyer educator.
