Description
Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Sheriff's Office, is soliciting a contractor for quarterly preventive maintenance and inspections of fitness machines and exercise equipment at the Adult Detention Center and Sheriff's Office Administration Building. Services include cleaning, lubrication, calibration checks, belt and cable inspections, upholstery and hardware checks, minor adjustments, and minor repairs. The contractor must provide as-needed repairs authorized by written purchase order, accommodate repair requests within five business days, supply new OEM parts, and provide firm quotes before non-routine repairs. Equipment replacement is excluded. The contractor must have at least three years of relevant experience servicing at least 15 listed equipment brands and maintain a service facility within 60 miles of Salt Lake County. The resulting contract has a six-year term, with an anticipated annual cost of $4,000 for information purposes only.
