Description
Granite School District seeks a contractor to design, fabricate, deliver, and install custom magnetic map displays at designated high schools. Displays must include maps of Utah, the United States, and the world on a magnetic-receptive surface, with durable printed graphics and a protective matte finish. Bidders must identify the proposed substrate, thickness, graphic material, and finish; equivalent materials may be proposed with supporting manufacturer literature, specifications, and warranty information. The contractor will verify site measurements, coordinate installation, accommodate wall features and cutouts as needed, prepare mounting surfaces, install the displays securely, and remove installation debris. The required initial project is a 192-by-96-inch display with specified map dimensions and removal of designated existing wall paneling. Bidders must submit itemized pricing for this base project. The contract is for one year, with up to four additional one-year renewals; the district anticipates purchasing up to nine displays over three to five years, but quantities are not guaranteed.
