Description
The University of Utah, on behalf of the Utah Education and Telehealth Network consortium, is soliciting proposals under RFP #UU220560030 for leased lit-fiber Ethernet WAN services, shared UETN backbone connections, standalone Internet access, and Category One network equipment. The requested services include multiple bandwidth tiers, including WAN circuits from 1 Gbps through 100 Gbps and Internet access from 50 Gbps through 100 Gbps, at locations identified in the RFP attachments. Vendors must comply with the complete RFP, Attachments A, B, and F, the Exception/Compliance Summary, and all official addenda. WAN and backbone pricing generally covers five years with one optional one-year extension; Internet access pricing covers three years with two sequential one-year extensions, except where the attachments specify otherwise. Wireless and dark fiber are not accepted unless specifically requested. Recurring and non-recurring costs must be submitted in the applicable cost proposal attachment separately from the technical proposal, and vendors must submit through BidNet Direct. E-Rate-supported vendors must have a USAC-issued SPIN and maintain a current FCC Form 473/SPAC.
