MassHousing, in collaboration with the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities, seeks qualified nonprofit and for-profit developers to participate in the Move-In Mass homeownership production pilot program. Selected sponsors will produce starter homes in Massachusetts using manufactured homes, specifically CrossMod, modular construction, or other cost-effective methods.
