Description
The Town of Weston, acting through its Select Board and in consultation with the Riverside Housing Working Group, is seeking proposals from qualified developers to develop housing on a 1.35-acre parcel identified as Weston Assessor’s Map 53, Parcel 21. The property will be conveyed in “as-is” condition if the Town proceeds with a sale, and the selected developer may acquire it at its proposed price, subject to Select Board approval. Proposals will be evaluated under the RFP criteria, with selection based on the most advantageous proposal from a responsive and responsible proposer. Submissions must include two clearly marked sealed envelopes: one containing the price proposal and one containing the non-price/technical proposal and all other material. Two USB flash drives containing only the non-price proposal are also required; that proposal must not reference the proposed price. The Town reserves the right to reject proposals, cancel the conveyance, or decline to sell the parcel.
