Description
The Town of Weston is requesting proposals from qualified developers for the development of housing on a 1.35-acre parcel identified as Weston Assessor's Map 53, Parcel 21, at the end of Riverside Road. The property, also identified as Parcel 53-21 and 0 Riverside Road, will be conveyed in "AS-IS" condition to the successful developer at the proposed price, subject to Select Board approval. Proposals will be evaluated based on the criteria in the RFP, with award going to the most advantageous proposal from a responsive and responsible proposer. Each submission must include separate sealed price and non-price/technical proposal envelopes, plus two USB flash drives containing only the non-price proposal; the non-price proposal must not disclose the proposed price. The Town may reject any or all proposals or cancel the conveyance.
