Description
Los Angeles County is seeking qualified developers to participate in its Land Bank Pilot Program. The County has acquired, and will continue to acquire, vacant and underutilized properties (Land Bank Sites) with the goal of reaching approximately five total sites. The selected developers will be responsible for developing these sites into affordable housing, particularly in areas experiencing or at risk of gentrification and displacement. The RFQ is open on a continuous basis, with proposals due by August 5, 2028.
