Submission Instructions
Description
LFG Multifamily is requesting bids from all trades for the new construction of Smoky Mountain Flats, a Class-A multifamily residential community. Bidders must submit a completed Bid Form and a proposal for their applicable scope or division only, clearly identifying any exclusions, qualifications, and alternates. Questions and requests for information must be submitted in writing by October 22, 2026. Bid documents are available to registered AGC East Tennessee members through the plan room.
