Description

The Robeson County Housing Authority is soliciting sealed bids from qualified, licensed general contractors for the Caton Cove New Construction Project. The project is located on Highway 72 in Lumberton, North Carolina. Bid documents, plans, specifications, and bidding requirements will be available to qualified prospective bidders through the housing authority or its designated contact. Proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. on October 28, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened at 10:00 a.m. on November 5, 2026. If an insufficient number of responsive bids is received, the authority may extend the bid period through November 13, 2026, with an additional public opening on November 16, 2026.
