Description
The Tunica-Biloxi Tribe of Louisiana is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of 11 separate residential homes on its tribal reservation in Marksville, Louisiana: seven two-bedroom homes and four four-bedroom homes. The work is identified as a residential building construction project, and bidders must hold the applicable Louisiana residential building contractor license. Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the base bid and additional bid items, in the form of a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds, federal wage rates will apply, and bids must remain valid for 45 days after receipt.
