Description
The City of Wyandotte is selling vacant property on 11th Street between Lee Street and Cherry Street to one developer for construction of four owner-occupied, single-family dwellings. The property is offered as-is, cannot be subdivided, and requires a cash purchase with a minimum proposed price of $50,000. A $5,000 cashier’s check or bank money order deposit must accompany the proposal. Proposals must describe prior similar experience, project participants and roles, a detailed implementation plan and schedule, financing sources and amounts, and the proposed building features. Required development standards include minimum living areas, specified exterior materials, basements, underground utilities, off-street parking, garage placement, and applicable City codes and ordinances. The purchaser is also responsible for site cleanup, sidewalk and curb work, tree planting, protection of adjoining properties, timely development, and related closing and post-closing obligations. The proposal must include the completed signature sheet, anti-collusion affidavit, required development information, and bid deposit.
