Description
This is a contractor prequalification for two separately bid golf course projects. The work includes replacing irrigation systems, including new mainlines, service feeds, laterals, heads, pump stations, piping, and associated electrical work. At Rose Park, the scope also includes constructing a two-stage settling pond with liners and inlet and outlet structures; at Nibley Park, the existing manual system will be replaced with an automatic system. The courses are expected to remain operational during phased construction, except in active work areas. Only prequalified prime contractors may submit bids for the later construction solicitations. The prequalification response must include the buyer-provided prequalification and reference form, company and project experience information, organizational and personnel materials, and specified experience statements. The solicitation calls for at least three verifiable similar-project references and describes additional recent golf-course irrigation, pump-station, staffing, equipment, and training experience criteria.
