Description
Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified roofing contractors for a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity Job Order Contract. Services will be performed on an as-needed basis throughout Pima County and may include new roofing, commercial roof replacement, maintenance and repair of multiple-ply roof membranes, repair of roof penetration jacks and flashings, self-adhered modified roofing membranes, and emergency roofing repairs, with an emphasis on three-ply built-up roofing systems. Contractors must provide labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, and coordination, and must hold the appropriate Arizona Registrar of Contractors license. The shared annual contract amount is $2,000,000, with up to five qualified contractors, no minimum work guarantee, and individual job orders capped at $500,000 including change orders. The initial term is one year from Board of Supervisors award, with up to four additional one-year renewal terms. The solicitation requires a Statement of Qualifications and Subcontractor Selection Plan in a single PDF, including an introductory questionnaire, organizational and project-team information, relevant project experience, references, safety and security capabilities, emergency-response planning, and subcontractor-selection and development procedures. Payment and performance bonds are required when pricing is agreed for construction work, and insurance requirements include commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, employers' liability, and job-order-specific builder's risk coverage when applicable.
