Description
Pima County is soliciting bids for as-needed industrial electrical repair and maintenance services under a one-year contract with four one-year renewal options. Work will support Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department facilities and includes scheduled and emergency service, troubleshooting, repair, installation, testing, preventive and condition-based maintenance, electrical equipment commissioning, documentation, and related industrial electrical work. The contractor must provide qualified industrial electricians and helpers, service vehicles, tools, calibrated test instruments, personal protective equipment, and 24/7 emergency response. Required capabilities include work on low- and medium-voltage distribution systems, switchgear, motor-control systems, transformers, generators, variable-frequency drives, protective devices, control circuits, conduit, cable tray, and industrial control systems. A current Arizona Registrar of Contractors CR-11 license, at least five consecutive years in the business, and an Arizona office or facility maintained for at least one year are required. The bid must include the completed Offer Agreement, Living Wage Payments attachment, license proof, business-incorporation proof, and Arizona office/facility proof.
