Description
Maricopa County Community College District is soliciting proposals to establish a one-or-more-vendor pool for as-needed custodial and related services across its colleges, campuses, district offices, education centers, and other facilities. The scope includes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual cleaning; restroom and common-area sanitation; floor care; carpet care; window and fixture cleaning; recycling support; event staffing; porter services; emergency response; quality assurance inspections; reporting; and additional services requested by the District. Contractors must furnish labor, equipment, cleaning supplies, supervision, staffing plans, training, background checks, safety documentation, and operational reports, while the District supplies specified dispenser consumables. The resulting arrangement is a multi-award, as-needed contract with no guaranteed volume, assignment, or spending. The initial term is one year with up to four one-year options, for a potential five-year term. Proposals are evaluated on responsiveness, qualifications, experience and past performance, technical approach, compliance, and pricing. Required submission items include a signed Signature Page, responses to the Minimum Requirements and Scope of Work, a Respondent Questionnaire response, a completed Pricing Schedule, Attachment A, and acknowledgments of issued addenda; submissions must be uploaded electronically through the District procurement portal.
