The Arizona Department of Revenue has issued a Certificate of Compliance under Arizona Revised Statutes Sections 42-1110 and 43-1151 for Maricopa Veterans Memorial Park Task Force Inc. The certificate confirms that the taxpayer has filed and paid all taxes due under Title 42 and Title 43 for the Federal Employer Identification Number 88-3804605. This certification is conditional and subject to subsequent audit findings. It does not address liabilities prior to January 1, 2017, for certain cities including Phoenix, Tucson, and others. The taxpayer is responsible for submitting this certificate to the Arizona Corporation Commission.
