Description
Pima County is soliciting proposals from qualified attorneys to provide emergency legal services to low-income tenants facing eviction. Required services include brief legal assistance through individual consultations; proposers may also offer full representation in eviction actions, appellate representation, and community education workshops. Attorneys must be authorized to practice in Arizona and competent to represent tenants in eviction matters. The scope requires prompt contact with referred tenants, conflict checks and professional-judgment determinations, monthly reporting, and case-related data collection. Proposals will be evaluated on cost, service delivery, experience, and sustainability. The initial contract term is one year, with up to four additional one-year extensions.
