NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS NO. RFQu-2600019557 Cultural Resource Services, Qualified Consultants List Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to develop a Qualified Consultants List (QCL) to perform as-needed Cultural Resource Services. The complete scope of services is located in the solicitation documents. The County intends to recommend up to 4 of the highest ranked qualified Firms for placement on the QCL. The QCL may remain in place for a period of up to 5 years, pursuant to Pima County Board of Supervisors Policy D29.1(B)(I)(C). Work awarded through the Cultural Resource Services QCL shall not exceed $250,000 per project, and no firm shall be awarded more than $500,000 per calendar year, per QCL. Certified Small Business Enterprises (SBE) firms are encouraged to participate. Description
Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from firms to establish a Qualified Consultants List for as-needed cultural resource services. The scope includes cultural-resource records research, historical and ethnographic research, archaeological surveys and testing, National Register evaluations and nominations, impact assessments, mitigation and data recovery, geomorphological research, construction monitoring, human-remains and funerary-object excavation and repatriation, damage assessments, cultural-resources training, historic and architectural documentation, and historic-building condition assessments, stabilization plans, adaptive-use plans, and rehabilitation construction documents. The list may remain in place for up to five years, with up to four highest-ranked firms recommended for placement. Work is limited to $250,000 per project, and no firm may receive more than $500,000 per calendar year; estimated annual County expenditure is approximately $150,000, with no guarantee of work. Respondents must hold a current Arizona Antiquities Act Blanket Permit administered by the Arizona State Museum, and services must comply with applicable Arizona State Museum, State Historic Preservation Office, Secretary of the Interior, and project-specific permit standards. Responses must be submitted as a single PDF through BidNet Direct; pricing and fee information must not be included in the SOQ.
