Description
Riverside County, through Riverside University Health System–Behavioral Health, is soliciting proposals for the Mead Valley Wellness Village Interim Housing Program with Recuperative Care Services. The scope concerns interim housing and short-term residential recuperative care for medically stable individuals who no longer require hospitalization but need a safe, supportive, substance-free environment while completing recovery and accessing follow-up primary care, behavioral health, case management, and related services. Proposals will be evaluated based on the bidder’s response to the required proposal-response attachment, understanding of the requirements, service description and work plan, technical capability, experience, credentials, licenses and certifications, cost, references involving similar work, financial status, and other applicable factors. The anticipated agreement begins upon signature, may be renewed in one-year increments for up to nine additional years, and does not obligate the County to purchase a specified quantity of services. The proposal must be submitted electronically through the designated procurement portal, with the cost proposal and financial statements uploaded as separate files.
