Description
The City of Newark's Department of Economic and Housing Development is soliciting qualifications for the Newark Housing Cooperative Renovation Grant Program, supported through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Affordable Housing grant program. The opportunity will be conducted through the City's Fair and Open Process under New Jersey's Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law. Respondents will be evaluated based on factors including experience and reputation in the field, knowledge of the agency and subject matter, and other factors determined to be in the City's best interest. Awards are subject to Municipal Council approval. The solicitation requires one copy with original signatures and two photocopies, submitted unbound in a sealed envelope, box, or other container.
