Description
Madera County is requesting statements of qualifications from consultants to establish up to four on-call contracts for right-of-way services supporting multiple capital improvement projects. Services may include right-of-way estimating and acquisition, condemnation assistance, relocation assistance, appraisal services, utility relocation coordination, right-of-way project management, property management, County right-of-way agent support, and turnkey right-of-way services. Work will be assigned through task orders and competitive mini-RFPs on an as-needed basis. Consultants must provide qualified and appropriately licensed personnel, demonstrate relevant experience, submit qualifications and similar-project references, and provide specific rates of compensation using the required cost proposal format. The solicitation establishes a cumulative maximum of $1,000,000 over the five-year contract term, with no guarantee that the full amount will be authorized. Proposals are limited to 20 sheets, excluding specified items such as the cover sheet, table of contents, index sheets, and resumes; a wet-signed blue-ink cover letter, conflict-of-interest form, equal employment opportunity policy or statement, organizational chart, technical response, and cost proposal are required.
