Description
The British Columbia Ministry of Transportation and Transit is procuring consulting services from qualified appraisal firms to provide a full range of real estate appraisal and advisory assignments on an as-and-when-required basis. The scope includes residential, institutional, industrial, commercial, and agricultural properties, with expectations for professionalism, confidentiality, political sensitivity, timely performance, and self-sufficient service delivery. The Ministry intends to retain up to four appraisal firms for the Northern Region Highways and Regional Services Division. Each firm may receive only one contract in the region.
