Description
The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services, Construction Services, is soliciting qualifications for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) to support the New Haven Community Correctional Roof Replacement project. The $10,500,000 project involves repair and replacement of existing roof systems with a non-IRMA fully adhered roof assembly, exterior facade sealant-joint replacement, and replacement of the main entrance curtainwall, vestibule, and skylight systems. The selected CMR will provide design-phase, preconstruction, bid-phase, and construction-phase services under a Guaranteed Maximum Price structure. Responsibilities include constructability and document reviews, site logistics and scheduling, cost control, subcontractor bidding, GMP development, subcontractor coordination, on-site construction management, inspections, change management, commissioning coordination, substantial completion, and closeout. Respondents must submit a bookmarked, single PDF QBS Submittal Booklet through CTsource using the specified QBS forms, including the newly required Divisions 4 and 5.
