Description
The University of Connecticut is seeking one or more qualified consulting firms to support the research enterprises of UConn, UConn Health, or both. The scope includes research administration and sponsored-programs operational support; temporary staffing; business-process, internal-control, organizational, efficiency, and benchmarking assessments; research finance and financial management; facilities and administrative rate development and negotiation support; space surveys; cost-allocation and recharge-center analysis; federal grant compliance; Uniform Guidance and other regulatory implementation; export control and research security; audit readiness and corrective-action planning; strategic planning; policy development; risk and opportunity analysis; training; workshops; and professional development. Proposals will be evaluated on firm experience and demonstrated success, technical approach, staffing and key personnel, and financial/economic proposal. The University may make one or more awards. The initial contract term is three years, with three additional one-year extensions, for a potential total term of six years. The proposal must be submitted through the HuskyBuy portal and include the required portal responses, mandatory forms and acknowledgments, three comparable references, and the complete financial proposal. Optional attachments include key-personnel resumes or biographies and a complete financial/economic proposal.
