Description
Douglas County Parks and Recreation is soliciting bids for approximately 12 new single-station, 35-gallon compacted-capacity solar trash compactors, including software and GPS location capability. The solicitation also requests pricing for installed foot pedals, optional four-sided logo or custom wraps, five-year parts-and-labor warranties, unlimited lifetime software licenses for desktop and mobile devices, and boxes of 250 compactor bags. The purchase is intended as a one-time equipment acquisition, with delivery after issuance of an authorized County purchase order. Respondents must provide company information and relevant experience, itemized pricing, and addresses for all locations in the South Metro area. Responses must be submitted as one unprotected PDF, and the completed IFB certification page must be included.
