Description
The City of Dunwoody is soliciting competitive sealed bids for recurring street sweeping and debris removal services for its Department of Public Works Stormwater Division. The work covers approximately 107.5 curb miles of designated city streets and must be performed on a monthly schedule, generally between 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., Monday through Friday. The contractor must sweep trash, debris, and litter from the curbside pavement area, provide dumpsters, and transport collected material to an appropriate landfill. The contractor must provide marked vehicles, daily cleanup, route sheets and disposal chain-of-custody receipts, advance scheduling notices, and a 24-hour emergency contact. The initial contract period is two years with three optional one-year extensions. Work is expected to begin no later than November 1, 2026. Pricing must remain firm for the contract term, and bidders must submit three similar-service references and the required bid forms and affidavits.
