Butte County is requesting a quotation for nuisance abatement at 14117 Elmira Circle in Magalia, California. The contractor must remove all junk, garbage, rubbish, and debris from the parcel, including material inside camping trailers and recreational vehicle motorhomes. The scope also includes removing camping-related items such as recreational vehicles, campers, tents, and other camping equipment, including dismantling and removing camping trailers and motorhomes. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, transportation, supervision, management, taxes, and disposal. Materials must be transported to Neal Road Landfill or another acceptable landfill; recyclable materials may be recycled under the stated conditions. The quote must include a proposed completion time, and the contractor must attend the mandatory site walk. California public-works requirements apply, including contractor registration, prevailing wages, insurance, and specified bonds when the project price is $25,000 or more.
