Description
The City of El Paso is soliciting recurring trash pickup and debris removal services at approximately 333 all-year sites, seasonal spray parks and water parks, holiday locations, and other recreation facilities. The locations list identifies approximately 2,751 trash cans and 969 weekly visits, with service frequencies ranging from one to seven visits per week. The scope includes cleaning trash and debris outside water parks, not inside them. The bid includes all-year, seasonal, holiday, and unscheduled-event service categories. The bid form identifies an estimated annual budget of $50,000 and a three-year total of $150,000 for unscheduled events, with an option for the City to extend the contract for two additional years at the same unit prices. Bidders must complete the bid form and mandatory City forms, provide three comparable-contract experience forms covering work performed within the past five years, and submit employee medical benefits and incentives information. Payment and performance bond samples are provided for post-award use and are not submission requirements.
