Description
The City of Portage is requesting proposals from qualified vendors, firms, and organizations to remove and clean up disaster debris resulting from derecho damage. The full project specifications, submission requirements, and evaluation criteria are contained in the Request for Proposals, which must be obtained from the designated city contact. Proposals must be submitted by email no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Time on September 28, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and select the proposal it determines to be in its best interest.
