Description
Bow Mar Water & Sanitation District is soliciting sealed bids for the 2026 Capital Improvements Project—Bow Mar Drive Water Line Replacement. The phased work includes furnishing materials, equipment, accessories, and labor to install approximately 20 linear feet of 6-inch C900 PVC, 55 linear feet of 8-inch C900 PVC, and 4,000 linear feet of 12-inch C900 PVC water lines; abandon existing 8-inch and 12-inch cast-iron water lines; and complete related utility work. The project also includes removal and replacement of three fire hydrant assemblies, connections to and abandonment of existing facilities, service reconnections, asphalt removal and replacement, erosion control, and site restoration to conditions equal to or better than those existing at the start of construction. The awarded contractor must furnish performance and maintenance bonds and labor and material payment bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract. Bids must be submitted on District-furnished forms.
