Description
Park City Municipal Corporation seeks one or more vendors to provide on-call commercial plumbing and drain repair and maintenance across its properties. Work includes labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for specialized maintenance and complex repairs on an as-needed, non-exclusive basis. Routine work must be completed within 5–7 business days; emergency calls require 24/7/365 availability and contractor arrival within a 1–2-hour window. The City prefers original-equipment-manufacturer components where applicable and requires written approval for alternatives, a minimum 90-day labor warranty, a minimum 12-month materials warranty, service logs, and compliance with applicable codes. The anticipated contract term is three years, with two optional one-year renewals. Proposals are limited to 10 pages and evaluated on experience and qualifications, equipment and resources, cost, and references and past performance.
