Description
Timpanogos School District seeks statements of qualifications from an independent insurance brokerage firm to provide employee benefits brokerage and consulting services on an as-needed basis. The scope includes benefit-plan compliance and data analysis; annual renewals, carrier negotiations, and plan design; claims and utilization analysis; insurance marketing and proposal evaluation; employee communications and enrollment support; and guidance on benefits, legislation, and related compliance matters. Services may also include FSA and HSA administration, health and wellness recommendations, excess reinsurance, actuarial support, and assistance with health, pharmacy, vision, dental, and life insurance procurements. The firm must be licensed as an insurance broker in Utah, demonstrate at least five years of brokerage experience serving public-sector employers with 2,000 or more employees, and be independent of insurers, third-party administrators, and provider networks. It must provide evidence of professional liability and errors-and-omissions coverage insurable to at least $1 million annual aggregate. The response must include a qualifications statement addressing the requested firm, team, approach, references, licensing, insurance, and compliance information. At least five client references are required, including two public-sector or school-district clients of similar scope and size. No fees or pricing are to be submitted with the qualifications response.
